Having delivered engineered lightning, earthing, and surge protection systems for leading architects, engineers, and contractors since 2011, we have expertise in the application of bespoke protection strategies across data centres, hospitals, industrial sites, and heritage buildings. From corporate headquarters to hyperscale data centre campuses, we have delivered 170+ projects across 10+ countries, with our ATLAS-accredited designers working to EN 62305, UNE 1186, and NFC 17-102 on every engagement.

History

Direct Strike began operations in 2011 from our headquarters in Co. Kildare, Ireland. From the outset, we focused on a single, specialist discipline: lightning protection, earthing, and surge protection for mission-critical infrastructure. Over more than 15 years, that focus has taken us from local installations to international delivery, working across the UK, Continental Europe, and the United States on projects spanning data centres, aviation, industrial facilities, and critical infrastructure.

As our client base grew, particularly in the fast-expanding Nordic data centre market, so did our capability. Today we offer a complete, end-to-end service: consultancy and design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance, delivered by ATLAS-accredited designers and certified installation engineers across nine countries.
